Delta Sigma Phi was started at the University of Georgia in the fall of 2001 by five entrepreneurial men. By the end of fall semester 2002, Delta Sigma Phi had initiated 50 Founding Fathers. Through their hard work and dedication, the brothers of Delta Sigma Phi created one of the fastest growing colonies to b charted by the national organization. Now, as the newest chartered fraternity at the University of Georgia, Delta Sigma Phi is constantly looking for ambitious, high quality individuals to continue its efforts to provide a unique and fulfilling fraternity experience. Officially chartered as the Theta Chi chapter in October of 2003, Delta Sigma Phi is a young fraternity with an open mind to new ideas. Delta Sigma Phi offers all new members the opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving principles and procedures that surround and govern the fraternity. Delta Sigma Phi is looking for individuals who want to move away from negative fraternity stereotypes to help build a new breed of fraternity.
